Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary:Up to $3,500

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding

· Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management

· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

· Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement activities

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

· Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· At least 2 years’ experience in a HR generalist role

· Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in MS Office applications
