Job Description
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Handle offboarding procedures professionally by conducting exit interviews, managing final settlements, and maintaining positive relationships with departing staff.
  • Handle work pass administration, including application, issuance, and renewal.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and new hire information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Work together with senior management to foster a positive work culture by handling employee queries, addressing grievances, and maintaining effective communication channels within the organization.
  • Support other HR initiatives and perform ad‑hoc admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Hands‑on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and coordination skills and a strong sense of professional integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
