Job summary

A well-established MNC is seeking an HR Director for regional coverage, with options to be based in Singapore or KL. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of top management experience in developing regional HR strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing full HR operations including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and training. Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant
• At least 8 to 10 of top management experience developing and implementing regional HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and long-term growth plans. + Overseeing a team in running full Human Resource Operations (include but not limited to Recruitment, Com & Ben, Performance Management, Payroll, L&D Training)
• Strong experience in Stakeholder & Change Management
• Strong communication and writing skills - Experience in HR policy, initiatives and implementation
• Experience leader and driven
