Key Responsibilities
- Developing HR workflows that are efficient and cost-effective
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding activities
- Administer employee medical insurance claims, WICA cases, and common law claims
- Clearly communicate job expectations to new hires and conduct semi-annual work reviews
- Maintain and update employee records (e.g., employment contracts, personal files)
- Oversee foreign worker pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Monitor and manage employee contract renewals and compliance with HR policies
- Stay updated on HR trends, policies, procedures, and government grants
- Draft HR-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and bonus/increment letters
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors or management
Job Requirements
- A Diploma in Human Resourced, Business or a related field is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related fields; prior experience in Finance/HR is a plus
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and experience in payroll or recruitment is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively
- Analytical, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- A team player with a tech-savvy, resourceful mindset and a high level of integrity to handle confidential information
- Bilingual in English and another language is a bonus for effective communication
