Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional focused on payroll administration. This role requires a degree in Human Resource Management, along with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is advantageous. Contract duration is for 1 year with potential extension.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with a strong focus on payroll.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and process payroll-related activities in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and assist in preparation of bonus payment.
  • Support payroll audits and prepare compensation reports.
