Job Summary: Develop and improve HR Recruitment and Training policies & programs to support the company's overall strategic objectives, while ensuring cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements. Effectively utilize relevant resources to ensure efficient execution of HR operations. Plan, organize, and execute recruitment and training strategies, policies, plans, projects, SOP etc, to achieve the overall company and HR goals. Provide human resources management consultation and professional assistance, promote human resources administration and operation and improve the effectiveness of human resources management.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead company‑wide training initiatives, develop annual training plans, and communicate new policies to stakeholders.
  • Supervise daily training and recruitment operations, guiding subordinates and addressing inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Design and enhance training and recruitment strategies through creative input, data analysis, and understanding of future organizational needs.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices across training and recruitment, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
  • Facilitate and manage updates to HR processes as a change agent, ensuring clear communication and accurate execution.
  • Represent the Training, Leadership, and Recruitment teams in the development and rollout of programs, policies, and organizational initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational observations and provide HR consultation, feedback, and recommendations to support business needs.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards related to both training and recruitment.
  • Lead teams effectively with a focus on developing talent capabilities and supporting continuous growth.
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
