  • Prepare payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.

Job description

Salary: Up to $2,800
Working hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm
Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Scope:
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Ensure all HR documents, policies, and procedures are up-to-date and compliant
  • Manage personnel files, attendance systems and HR databases
  • Prepare HR reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, leave balances)
  • Assist with posting job adverts, screening applications and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks (references, background verification, etc.).
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Support new-hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions)
  • Coordinate with finance or payroll teams for timely processing
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
  • Assist with audits and regulatory documentation
  • Draft HR letters (employment verification, confirmations, warnings, etc.)
  • Manage HR calendars, meetings and training sessions
  • Perform other general office administrative duties where necessary
