Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Assistant to support daily HR, Learning & Development, and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, and support recruitment coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration. Proficiency in MS Office and a positive, detail-oriented attitude are essential. This role is stationed in the Changi North Crescent area.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary Support daily Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D), and office administration activities to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities: HR & L&D Supports

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Support recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, documentation).
  • Assist in preparing HR documents and letters.
  • Support leave, and attendance administration.
  • Help organize training and development activities.
  • Handle basic general HR enquiries from employees.

Admin Support

  • Provide general office administration and filing support.
  • Manage office supplies, uniforms, and ID badges.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support office facilities matters.
  • Assist with internal approvals, simple purchasing, and tracking.
  • Support company events and meetings.
  • Any Ad-hoc assignment assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic MS Office skills.
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
