A property management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced House Manager for a Family Office. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in private household management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English. This role includes managing staff, overseeing operations, and ensuring household efficiency. Flexible working hours are required, including Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working in private homes.
• Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment with children and pets.
• Comfortable working with children and pets and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salary/wages management and statutory compliance.
• Manage inventory, maintenance schedules, and guest planning.
• Handle daily household operations and inventory management.
• Coordinate property management tasks: maintenance, vendor liaison, inspections, and upkeep.

Staff Management

• All things salary/wages related including statutory compliance and reporting
• Work allocation, management and oversight
• Attendance plan and schedule, weekly roster, etc
• Responsible for a team of housekeepers and chef

Property Management

• Management covers inventory, user manuals, vendor details and management, maintenance schedules, oversight, checks and up-keep of all systems, plant and equipment
• Schedule regular maintenance of all systems, plant and equipment
• Unscheduled ad hoc maintenance and repair
• Emergency repairs and maintenance

Household Management

• Daily operations: kitchen, housekeeping, waste, utilities etc
• Inventory and supplies management
• Household budget management and expense reporting
• Guest and special events planning and management
• Pets\' management walks, food, health, grooming, etc

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working in private homes
• Cabin crew with supervisory experience or hotel butler service are also welcome to apply
