Head of Strategy and Insights, Digital Natives

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • 5 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with big data analytics (SQL, R, Python etc.), slide writing and storytelling.
  • Experience utilizing GenAI tools for deep research and output generation or familiarity with GenAI based tools (e.g., Gemini, Imagen, Veo, NotebookLM).
  • Experience developing thought leadership and managing research projects.
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asia digital economy ecosystem, trends and players.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally at all levels with excellent presentation skills for executive audiences and public events.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support for customers in the areas of sales, marketing or business development, and translate data into strategies and insights to facilitate decision-making.
  • Develop and own insights and strategies for customers and partners, applying or customizing internal and external investigative tools and frameworks to identify opportunities that maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Google Ads products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go‑to‑market business reports, sales pitches and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and partners across functions and levels, including advertisers, agencies, consumer research firms, consultancies and data providers.
  • Lead and develop a team of high‑performing individual contributors, set and communicate team strategies, plans and priorities that support organizational goals.
