Stott and May are working with a new decentralised marketplace that enables transparent, on-chain trading of locked and vested tokens. The platform brings OTC-style deals into a secure, automated smart contract environment, giving token projects, investors, and buyers a fair and efficient way to unlock liquidity without increasing circulating supply.
They're looking for a Head of Sales and Business Development to drive revenue, token listings and TVL.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead partner acquisition and onboarding, converting token projects and strategic partners into long-term platform users. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and marketing to accelerate network growth.

Responsibilities:
Source and onboard token projects with locked/vested assets
Build relationships with VCs, exchanges, and ecosystems
Educate partners on token liquidity solutions
Structure listings aligned to vesting schedules
Represent company at events and industry forums
Track KPIs and share market insights
Support GTM strategy with CEO
Requirements:
5+ yrs in sales/BD/partnerships (crypto, DeFi, or fintech)
Strong knowledge of token vesting & secondary markets
Established Web3 network (VCs, launchpads, exchanges, L1/L2s)
Deal negotiation & compliance/legal familiarity
Excellent communicator, self-starter, remote-ready
Bonus: OTC trading experience
