🌿 About the Role: Marketing Lead, Japan

We’re looking for a bold, strategic Marketing Leader to accelerate one of Eucalyptus’ fastest‑growing brands in Japan.

You will own:

  • a team of 2–5
  • an eight‑figure USD annual budget
  • the mission to scale from 1,000 → 50,000 patients per month by 2026
You will:
  • Drive the full marketing strategy across creative, performance, PR, CRM and brand
  • Manage capital allocation and optimise acquisition cost at scale
  • Build and lead a high‑performing local team
  • Deliver trusted, culturally resonant messaging for Japanese consumers
  • Work cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, and Clinical teams
  • Report directly to the General Manager Japan, with support from global functional leads
