A leading airport management company in Singapore is looking for a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to develop and manage a risk management framework. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in aviation or infrastructure risk, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Responsibilities include advising senior management, overseeing risk assessments, and building a high-performing risk management team. This position is vital for ensuring safe and resilient airport operations and infrastructure development.
The Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for leading the strategic development and management of a comprehensive risk management framework across Changi Airport Group of companies, covering all airport operations, construction project development, engineering & maintenance, commercial, and corporate functions.
This role ensures that risks are proactively identified, assessed, and mitigated to support safe, secure, and resilient airport operations and infrastructure development. The candidate is also expected to be hands‑on in leading and championing initiatives that will fortify CAG’s risk defense and elevate internal risk culture. Given the nature of CAG’s businesses, the ideal candidate should have good expertise and experience in management or risk management or strengthening resilience of complex operations or systems or infrastructure.
