Job summary

A hospitality company based in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Associate to handle check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level and preferably a Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in rotating shifts are essential. Responsibilities
  • Attend to check in and guests' enquiries
  • Perform cashiering and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Responsible for handling room reservations
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails related to room reservations and front office
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Attend to challenging situations and perform service recovery if necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Candidates with Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent will be preferred
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with people
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Ability to work on 3-rotating shifts / flexible work arrangements
  • Experienced in Property Management System and computer skills would be an advantage
