Job Description

• Oversee full accounting operations for group companies and fund accounts
• Manage fund accounting, including bookkeeping, AUM tracking, client records, and fund operations
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing for all entities
• Act as the main liaison with auditors and regulators, including year-end audits and audit queries
• Review financial reports prepared by external accountants to ensure compliance with local accounting standards
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and foreign currency exposure, reporting weekly to management
• Ensure timely compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, including GST, corporate tax, MAS reporting, 13U, FATCA, and CRS
• Assist the Compliance Officer with MAS and other statutory reporting

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in fund management, trust, or financial services
• Experience handling full sets of accounts for multiple entities independently
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, treasury bonds, dividends, trust, and fund accounts
• Hands‑on experience with MAS reporting, GST, corporate tax, and statutory reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, Zoom)
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
