We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and self-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and partnership activities that drive awareness, engagement, and sales for Actxa’s products and brand.

What will you do?
Integrated Marketing & Creative
  • Conceptualize and design creative assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social media, e-commerce, and offline channels.
  • Produce high-quality visuals including campaign graphics, product launch materials, brochures, posters, infographics, and display materials.
  • Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to develop fast, polished, and on‑brand materials.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity across all touchpoints — online and offline.
Social Media & Content Creation
  • Design content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including static posts, stories, carousels, and short‑form videos.
  • Support simple motion graphics or video editing for promotional content.
  • Stay updated on creative and social trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
  • Design product images, infographics, storefront banners, and landing page assets for Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize visuals for clarity, engagement, and conversion.
Website & E-commerce
  • Support website layout design and UI updates using Figma or similar tools.
  • Assist with building and updating landing pages.
  • Contribute to basic e‑commerce development such as theme adjustments, layout edits, and visual updates.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to translate ideas into compelling creatives.
  • Manage and organize design files, brand assets, and content libraries.
  • Deliver high-quality work within a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
What are we looking for?
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Web Design, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design (in‑house, agency, or freelance).
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • Strong portfolio covering digital campaigns, social content, and e‑commerce visuals.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and website layout fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce — theme edits, layout updates, or simple HTML/CSS adjustments.
  • Knowledge of social media formats, digital storytelling, and modern creative trends.
  • Detail‑oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
  • Experience with Webflow, Wix, or other no‑code website builders.
  • Photography or simple product shooting skills.
  • Interest in health, wellness, or consumer tech brands.
