A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Billing Admin Assistant to manage patient billing activities. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate data capture, checking bills, and monitoring unbilled accounts. 5 Days office hours (from July - Sept, required to work 2 shifts rotation, mon-sun any 5 days)
Job Scope
* Work closely with Business Office staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of patient billing activities.
* Ensure all data elements required are captured accurately and on a timely basis.
* Ensure all bills are claimed promptly
* Check bill for reasonableness and correct errors discovered on the patient accounts.
* Monitor unbilled accounts, update records and databases.
* Correspond and liaise with patients, third party payers and external organisations.
* Assist in training new team members and maintain internal control.
