Qualifications

• Wealth of commercial Talent Development and/or L&D expertise.
• Proven experience delivering and driving business-wide initiatives.
• Ability to create and deliver on action plans.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to determine talent needs.
• Manage ongoing talent review and succession planning activities.
• Leading development and delivery of coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Skills

Learning content design and development

Full understanding of learning theories/models

Advanced facilitation skills

Excellent MS Office skills

Experience across various countries and cultures

Native or professional proficiency in Chinese
