Qualifications

• Extensive industrial experience, including at least 5 years in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in drug product manufacturing technologies for oral solid dosage forms and/or injectable products.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and cross-site stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global expert for small-molecule oral solid dose and/or parenteral drug product manufacturing.
• Lead the characterization of drug product manufacturing processes and define critical parameters.
• Drive continuous improvement for marketed drug products to enhance yield and efficiency.
