Job summary

A reputable HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage patient interactions and administrative tasks in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. This position offers a salary ranging from $2500 to $2600, along with AWS and variable bonus. Working hours are 5.5 days a week, providing a balance between work and personal time.

  • Greet and welcome patients to the clinic.
  • Register, schedule, and cancel appointments as required.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary information forms.
  • Handle patient discharge procedures, including medicine dispensation.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and provide reminders.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls.

  • Salary: $2500 - $2600 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Working hours: 5.5 days Monday - Friday | 9am – 5.30pm. Saturday 9am – 1230pm.
  • Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre - 4 mins walk from Novena MRT
  • At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist or similar role.
