Role
Own the company’s social media execution end to end on a freelance basis. Content, ads, and on-ground capture. This is a hands‑on delivery role, not a strategy‑only seat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage weekly social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create short‑form videos: Reels, Shorts, performance‑led edits.
  • Shoot photos and videos during classes. On‑site presence required on Saturdays.
  • Write clear, parent‑facing captions aligned with the brand voice.
  • Set up, run, and optimise Meta ads for enrolment and trial class leads.
  • Track results weekly; adjust content and ads based on performance data.
  • Coordinate with programme and operations teams around term launches and key campaigns.
Engagement Terms

Freelance contract role. Monthly retainer or per‑project basis.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for education, enrichment, or family‑focused brands.
  • Hands‑on experience running paid ads.
  • Strong video shooting and editing skills. Phone and basic gear mastery expected.
  • Comfortable working with children and in live class environments.
  • Reliable availability on weekends.
