We seek an experienced F&B Supervisor/Manager to oversee operations in a dynamic restaurant environment, focusing on high-volume service, menu innovation, and team leadership for multinational concepts. This role demands proven expertise in scaling F&B outlets with international supply chains and compliance across Southeast Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily F&B operations, including staff rostering, inventory control, and cost optimization to meet PWM standards in food services
  • Drive menu development with emphasis on fusion cuisines requiring imported specialty ingredients and central kitchen processes
  • Ensure adherence to SFA health/safety regulations, conduct audits, and implement waste reduction strategies for profitability
  • lead training for multicultural teams on premium service standards, handling peak-hour demands in coffeeshop/food court hybrids
  • Monitor sales metrics, guest feedback, and financial KPIs while coordinating with overseas suppliers for consistent quality
Requirements
  • minimum 4 years in supervisory roles within large-scale F&B operations (e.g., multi-outlet chains)
  • Strong track record in F&B projects involving non-local sourcing, PWM compliance, and regional expansion (e.g., AAsian/SEA markets)
  • Proficiency in bilingual operations (English + another SEA language advantageous for vendor coordination)
  • Experience with advanced F&B tech like inventory software and data-driven menu engineering
  • Willingness for rotational shifts and long standing hours
