Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide food service crew during shifts
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, food hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Assist in onboarding and training new crew members
  • Monitor staff performance and provide real-time feedback or coaching
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Coordinate service flow and food delivery from kitchen to table or counter
  • Manage opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., SFA, HACCP guidelines)
  • Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management
  • Assist with basic food prep and cashiering when necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary School or Diploma qualification
