A consumer products company in Singapore seeks a Financial Operations Manager to oversee outbound payments and ensure tax compliance. The role requires integrity and strong analytical skills. As part of a small team, you will manage sensitive financial permissions, create financial reports, and forecast cash needs. Full-time availability is required, with a salary range of 78,000 to 130,000 SGD annually plus merit-based bonuses. Must have Singapore work authorization.

We currently have 15‑20 employees globally, but you would be employee #3 in Singapore.

Strong math and reasoning abilities.
We are an online‑first e‑commerce company, so you need to be fully comfortable with computers and learning new systems quickly.
Confident with formulas and data handling in Google Sheets.
You should immediately sense when a number feels off and be driven to investigate until you understand why.
5 minute walk from City Hall Station
This is a full‑time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours a week of good work! This position is not compatible with activities or commitments that limit daily availability. Candidates must be able to work consistently during agreed working hours and be available during the workday. If you cannot commit to a full‑time schedule, this role will not be a fit for you.
78,000GD to 130,000SGD per year depending on your experience.
Bonuses are given at the beginning of every February based on MERIT. These range from 0% to 15% of yearly salary.
Salary and benefits are negotiable.
