Viahart was founded in 2010. We are an innovative consumer products company. We design, manufacture, and distribute consumer products ranging from educational toys & sporting goods to cell phone & AI‑powered electronic accessories. We also offer innovative logistics and manufacturing services. Because we sell worldwide and make our products in different countries, we’ve built a base to navigate tariffs and changes in global trade. The company is not owned by private equity and the owners, employees, and their families use the products we make. We currently have 15‑20 employees globally, but you would be employee #3 in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Verifying outbound payments
• Executing outbound payments
• Managing sensitive permissions for our employees with our vendors
• Tax compliance
• Management of bookkeeping outside vendor
• Resolving issues with banks and payment providers as needed
• Forecasting cash flow needs and avoiding cash shortages
• Adding and approving vendors for payment
• Investigating payment discrepancies or expenditures exceeding budgets
• Budget creation
• Purchase approvals
• Executing sensitive password refreshes
• Creation of financial reports for management of the business (e.g., income statement, cash flow, balance sheet)
• Creation of systems and processes to reduce the risk of external and internal fraud
• Working with government employees and processes as needed
• Hiring and employment compliance in Singapore
• Experience with Xero accounting software

Skills and traits required

Absolute integrity. We are a small team where mistakes happen; we just need someone with the professional courage to flag them immediately so we can solve them together. Trust is a must in this role.

Strong math and reasoning abilities.

We are an online‑first e‑commerce company, so you need to be fully comfortable with computers and learning new systems quickly.

Confident with formulas and data handling in Google Sheets.

You should immediately sense when a number feels off and be driven to investigate until you understand why.

5 minute walk from City Hall Station

Work commitment and availability required.

This is a full‑time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours a week of good work! This position is not compatible with activities or commitments that limit daily availability. Candidates must be able to work consistently during agreed working hours and be available during the workday. If you cannot commit to a full‑time schedule, this role will not be a fit for you.

Compensation and Benefits

78,000GD to 130,000SGD per year depending on your experience.

Bonuses are given at the beginning of every February based on MERIT. These range from 0% to 15% of yearly salary.

Salary and benefits are negotiable.
