Overview

Altallo is seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to oversee our accounting, administrative, and operations functions. This is a multi-disciplinary role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is comfortable supporting a growing investment / corporate structure.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and external partners (auditors, fund administrators, banks, legal) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and strong corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
  • Handle bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings.
  • Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and cashflow reports.
  • Maintain financial records across multiple entities and support budgeting.
  • Prepare documentation and schedules to facilitate annual audited accounts.
  • Assist with tax filings, GST submissions, and regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, fund administrators, and banks.
Operations & Administration
  • Manage documentation, corporate filings, contracts, and internal SOPs.
  • Liaise with Corporate Secretary on resolutions, statutory filings, and compliance matters.
  • Oversee operational workflows and ensure smooth execution across business units.
  • Set up internal SOPs, checklists, and processes to support growth and compliance.
  • Support transaction workflows, due diligence tracking, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational processes.
Tenant & Asset Support
  • Liaise with tenants on rental matters, documents, renewals, deposits, and basic operational issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date tenancy schedules, lease data, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with property managers and vendors for repairs, compliance, and maintenance follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, filings, and documentation.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing multi-entity workload.
