The Finance Manager oversees the full spectrum of finance operations with a strong focus on monthly and year-end statutory reporting, financial controls, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
Financial & Statutory Reporting
  • Oversee monthly and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and corporate reporting obligations
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of issues
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, manage, and develop a finance team with clear accountability and performance standards
  • Review work outputs, provide coaching, and support team capability development
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing finance function
Business & Stakeholder Support
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial support and insights
  • Support management reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant finance experience, including statutory reporting
  • Proven experience managing a finance team
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong technical accounting and statutory reporting knowledge
