Job description
Role Summary

Responsible for managing the compensation control environment across the region, including brokers bonus calculation and accruals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support APAC Finance Control and management with financial analysis, performance reporting, and investigations.
  • Produce accurate daily and monthly business metrics for management and strategic decisions.
  • Manage brokers commissions payout calculations, reviews, and distributions, coordinate with HR and management for approvals.
  • Prepare and present monthly budget vs. actual performance reports.
  • Support COO team with new business initiatives, products, and market expansion projects.
  • Partner with APAC and Global teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CPA, CGMA, ACCA).
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; PeopleSoft experience preferred.
  • Exposure to multiple APAC markets is an advantage
