An international energy services company in Singapore seeks an experienced Certified Accountant to manage accounting closure, statutory audits, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in the manufacturing or trading sector and be proficient in Excel and English.

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience, preferably in Manufacturing or trading business.
• Excellent analytical ability and spreadsheet skills.
• Fluent in English.

Job description

Job Description:

1. Monthly Accounting Closure & LR Reviews:
2. Lead and manage monthly accounting closure processes.
3. Support quarterly Limited Review Audit with accurate financial data and insights.
4. Statutory Audit & Annual Accounts and Audit Liaison:
5. Prepare and review annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
6. Coordinate and support statutory annual audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
7. Serve as the primary contact for statutory auditors & internal auditors. Address audit queries and ensure smooth audit closure.
8. Taxation & Compliance:
9. Handle filing and compliance for GST, Income Tax, Withholding Tax and GTP related matters.
10. Compile necessary documentation and liaise with external consultants for tax-related matters.
11. Profitability Forecasting, Cost Monitoring & Working Capital & Cash Flow Projections:
12. Support preparation of profitability projections and financial analysis.
13. Monitor secondary costs like freight, demurrage, operations costs and other incidental expenses.
14. Monitor working capital and assist in daily cash management. Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and liquidity management.
15. Other Responsibilities
16. Support Business teams in Master data maintenance and custodian
17. Reliance Global Energy Services Customer KYC process & Vendor KYC Process
18. Any other Finance organisations activity as may be assigned from time to time

Qualification & Experience :

1. A Certified Accountant ( CA or ACCA or CPA) with minimum 3-6 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing or trading business.
2. Excellent analytical ability and Excel spreadsheet skills
3. Fluent in English.
