Job summary

A commercial kitchen equipment company is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Jurong West. Responsibilities include reporting to the Service Manager, coordinating on-site work with customers, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Candidates should have qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and possess strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and preference will be given to Singaporean and PR applicants.

Qualifications

• Nitec/NTC-2/3 or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering studies.
• Good working knowledge in electrical/mechanical.
• Possess strong communication skills and proactiveness to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Service Manager regarding on-site repairs and/or pm jobs.
• Coordinate with customers on site arrival, departure and ensure that equipment are operating well before leaving the site.
• Ensure that on-site work safety requirements are complied with at all times.
• Understand daily work targets and completed jobs.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects when necessary.
• Perform overtime work when necessary.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5.15 pm, Sat, 8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Scope of Responsibilities

• Report to the Service Manager regarding on-site repairs and/or pm jobs.
• Coordinate with customers on site arrival, departure and ensure that equipment are operating well before leaving the site; ensure that necessary work are completed satisfactorily before seeking customers' acknowledgement on the service job sheet and keep work area clean.
• Ensure that on-site work safety requirements are complied with at all times.
• Understand daily work targets, completed jobs and/or sales of parts.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects, when necessary.
• Perform overtime work, when necessary.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Singaporean & PRs preferred
