Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the building premises
• Attend to all types of repairs and perform minor maintenance tasks, e.g., replace damaged light bulbs, replace filters, replace broken windows, repair doors, door locks
• Perform scheduled inspections to ensure the pest control process of the manufacturing facilities environment is effective
• Perform general cleaning and provide facility maintenance support
• Conduct daily inspection of physical facilities and equipment
• Maintain records and data for tracking and analysis
• Conduct daily cleaning in all production areas, including warehouse and office
• Perform administrative tasks such as submission of incident reports, updating of facilities, and cleaning records
• Conduct routine facility inspection, maintenance and building touch‑up
• Assist in minimizing waste (materials or replacement parts)
• Ensure compliance with all safety measures as per established best industrial practices and as instructed by superiors
• Perform any other job‑related ad‑hoc duties or projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in food manufacturing production-related field
• Team player with proven performance in problem‑solving and ability to work independently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to work on normal and shift work
• Good coordination and organisational skills
