Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct walkaround around building premises to ensure there are no safety hazards
• Perform building and equipment maintenance troubleshooting and repair works.
• Liaise & co-ordinate with vendors for quotes & for repair & maintenance works for buildings.
• Ensure there are no trespassers into the buildings
• Assist for VIP Visits.
• Other ad hoc assignments as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” level with 2 years related experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning industry
• Possess basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or Pest control
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint to prepare reports
• Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
