Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in facilities operations or corporate real estate, preferably in financial or IT environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generator systems, and fire suppression.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office facilities operations including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all office systems are operational.
• Oversee CCTV operations and coordinate with security vendors.
