Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and conduct diagnostic testing.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental rules.

Skills

Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical systems
