Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, with 2 years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management.
  • At least 2 years in an operations-level leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and catering.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints.
  • Lead, train, and develop F&B staff.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments for events and promotions.
