About the Role

Based at Client's Singapore Head Office, this role reports to the Senior Contracts Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region. As a trusted business partner, you will support delivery teams on commercial and contractual matters throughout the full lifecycle of data centre developments.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with delivery teams to provide guidance on commercial and contract-related issues across APAC.
  • Manage and resolve contract interpretation or dispute matters in a creative and balanced manner, while considering both parties’ objectives and long‑term outcomes.
  • Support initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness in data centre delivery.
  • Contribute to innovations that drive process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Negotiating and drafting key commercial outcomes in new contracts, variations and contractual correspondence.
  • Contract lifecycle management including kick‑off, monitoring contractor performance and proactively managing contract works delivery through to completion and project close out.
  • Assessing and managing contract claims including variations, time‑related claims, payment claims and invoices.
  • Cost management and forecasting for cost reporting and cashflow projection across in‑flight projects.
  • Developing and implementing reporting tools for measurement of key contract metrics.
About you
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in contract and claim management.
  • Successfully delivered projects in a contracts or commercial role in a complex construction or development environment with contract value exceeding SGD500 million.
  • Degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying or Business/Commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to problem‑solve and bring matters to a close.
  • Authentic and genuine personality who can build strong relationships with diverse personalities around the world.
  • Strong influencing skills with a history of demonstrated business partnering to achieve broader business goals is critical to success in this role.
