Job description

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers, delivering friendly and reliable service.
• Provide flight details to customers within one hour of booking confirmation.
• Ensure compliance with export documentation during processing of export work orders.
• Apply the correct export permits and handle customs processes promptly.
• Monitor onboard status and promptly inform customers of any irregularities.
• Collaborate effectively with Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date airfreight rates.
• Stay informed about new changes or requirements from airlines or government authorities.
• Submit all monthly customer reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum N or O Level qualification.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in airfreight operations (export/import).
• Previous direct working experience may qualify candidates for senior positions.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability in work responsibilities.
• Understanding of airfreight documentation and customs procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage urgent shipments.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
