About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Secretary / Senior Business Management to provide comprehensive support to management in overseeing daily business administration and operational arrangements. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and timely execution of management directives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level secretarial support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, office supplies, and facility arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required by management.
  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating business activities to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and vendors on behalf of management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Support planning of company events, business trips, and operational activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive secretarial or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
