Responsibilities

  • Provide secretariat support for MAB sub-committees and SIGs.
  • Monitor and track valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certificates for all accredited doctors.
  • Coordinate Mortality and Morbidity review.
  • Coordinate Peer Review Learning.
  • Plan specialist On-call Rosters.
  • Provide administrative support to accredited doctors.
  • Disseminate information to accredited doctors and stakeholders.
  • Assist HOD with preparations for MOH Licensing / OT Audits / Internal Quality Audits.
  • Assist HOD with office administration.
  • Other duties as assigned by HOD.
Job description
The Role

Provide operational and administrative support to the hospital’s accredited doctors, primarily through the hospital’s Medical Advisory Board (MAB), its sub-committees, and Specialist Interest Groups (SIGs), in order to aid in the medical staff organization in providing excellent patient care.

Key accountabilities
  • Provide secretariat support for MAB sub-committees and SIGs.
  • Monitor and track that all accredited doctors have a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate.
  • Coordinate Mortality and Morbidity review.
  • Coordinate Peer Review Learning.
  • Plan specialist On-call Rosters.
  • Provide administrative support to accredited doctors.
  • Dissemination of information to accredited doctors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the HOD with preparations for MOH Licensing / Operating Theatre (OT) Audits / Internal Quality Audits (IQA).
  • Assist the HOD with the office administration.
  • Other duties as assigned by the HOD.
