A leading logistics firm in Singapore seeks a Higher Executive – Branding and Marketing to provide strategic leadership in developing branding and marketing strategies across various channels. Responsibilities include overseeing omni-channel marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and implementing analytics tools for performance monitoring. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong commercial acumen, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth.
Omni-Channel Retailing (OR)
The Higher Executive – Branding and Marketing (Omni-Channel Retailing) provides both strategic and operational leadership in developing and executing branding and marketing strategies across online and offline channels. This role drives brand equity, customer engagement, and business growth through innovative, data-driven, and customer-centric initiatives.
He/She leads the end-to-end development and delivery of branding solutions, from market research and consumer insights to campaign design, execution, and performance analysis. This includes implementing brand management tools, leveraging technology platforms, and applying advanced analytics to monitor KPIs, optimize marketing spend, and personalize customer experiences.
He/She oversees omni-channel marketing integration, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across physical retail environments and e-commerce platforms. The role also involves managing creative direction, content development, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, retail, and technology teams to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.
The Higher Executive – Branding and Marketing (Omni-Channel Retailing) is also responsible for championing innovation and digital transformation, adopting emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance marketing capabilities and deliver seamless customer experiences. By fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement, he/she ensures operational excellence, strengthens customer loyalty, and positions the brand for sustainable growth in a competitive retail landscape.

Marketing & Branding Strategy and Development
•Conduct market research and refine brand strategies based on consumer insights and competitive analysis.
•Develop and implement brand guidelines and multi-channel marketing plans to ensure consistent messaging and achieve sales targets.
•Utilize brand management tools and analytics platforms to monitor KPIs and optimize branding initiatives.
Retail & eCommerce Operations
•Lead omni-channel marketing campaigns integrating online and offline retail experiences.
•Oversee in-store merchandising and collaborate with IT and retail teams to enable personalized marketing through data integration.
•Ensure branding guidelines are consistently applied across marketing and sales campaigns.
Analytics and Insights
•Implement analytics frameworks using tools like Google Analytics to monitor key metrics and apply customer segmentation with predictive analytics to optimize marketing spend and tailor strategies for improved engagement
•Analyze real-time feedback from retail, mobile, and social channels to derive insights for personalized strategies.
•Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership using data visualization tools.
Content and Creative Direction
•Oversee development of engaging content across all channels and manage creative partners.
•Drive transparent communication with consumers through events and social media platforms.
Customer Engagement and Retention
•Develop loyalty programs and personalized marketing strategies using AI and predictive analytics.
•Monitor engagement and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Budget Management
•Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
Innovation and Trends
•Stay updated on industry trends and lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance omni-channel capabilities.
Partnership and Stakeholder Management
•Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Ensure integrated marketing support for product launches and retail initiatives through collaboration with multiple departments.
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
Professional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce certifications) is an advantage.
3–5 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, brand management, or retail operations, with demonstrated exposure to both e-commerce and physical retail environments.
Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and retail projects is preferred. Experience in the apparel/footwear or FMCG sectors, or even military/protective gear, would be beneficial for understanding product nuances
