Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the company’s overall business operations
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and performance monitoring

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and licensing requirements in Singapore
• Lead, supervise, and manage senior management and operational teams
