The Executive Creative Director has a passion for bringing together world-class creative, meaningful interactions, and innovative technology to optimize the relationship between clients and their audience. You will play an executive leadership role to deliver outstanding creative strategy, shaping new and existing opportunities. Critical to this role is a pioneering spirit of innovation, collaborative approach, ability to be hands‑on backed by incredibly strong communication skills and a desire to invent the new. They inspire and motivate a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver on arresting campaign ideas, quality concepts, captivating stories and large complex platforms, ensuring our work is industry leading and our talent, inspired.

What you’ll do
  • Provides strong creative direction and drives innovation for campaign and platform based solutions that meet and exceed client objectives and target audience needs, leveraging user insights in creative strategy and approach
  • Builds and grows relationships with clients, partner agencies, industry, discipline networks and internal teams to enable an environment of collaboration
  • Supervises and cultivates work of a multi‑disciplinary creative team, leveraging own expertise, with a solid understanding of user‑centred design, content strategy, copywriting, interactive design, visual design, multi‑channel brand strategy, information architecture and technology and how they come together and extend through the digital realm
  • Provides creative leadership in key new business efforts and provides thought leadership within the agency, the industry, and for clients
  • A superior presenter and a master of storytelling, visually and through the written & spoken word
  • Balances creative expertise with strong management and delegation skills to provide inspiration and motivation, striving for continual improvement of the end product
What you’ll need
  • Minimum 15 years of industry or agency experience in a well‑established creative role with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 8 years of creative leadership and client facing experience for campaigns and complex digital platforms
  • Proven record and passion for creating innovative solutions that extend our clients’ relationship with their target audience, in both B2B and B2C
  • Deep understanding of visual design, interaction design, information architecture, copywriting and content strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong experience in presentation skills and client relationship building.
