Job summary

A leading culinary organization in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations and work closely with management on menu planning. Candidates must have deep expertise in Lucknawi cuisine, strong inventory management skills, and be fluent in Hindi. The ideal applicant will have at least 6-10 years of cooking experience in North Indian cuisine.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Lucknawi food is a must.
  • Ability to develop organic spices.
  • At least 6-10 years in Lucknawi and North Indian cuisine cooking.
