A leading culinary organization in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations and work closely with management on menu planning. Candidates must have deep expertise in Lucknawi cuisine, strong inventory management skills, and be fluent in Hindi. The ideal applicant will have at least 6-10 years of cooking experience in North Indian cuisine.
Day to day management of the kitchen.
Working closely with General Manager and owners in menu planning and costing.
Explaining the cuisine in Hindi to both staff and customers.
Overall Inventory management.
