What You'll Do
  • Provide seamless administrative and operational support to the Regional President, ensuring all engagements are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage intricate calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange travel logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and sensitive documents while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating diplomacy and discretion at every interaction.
  • Handle highly confidential information related to executive communications, strategic initiatives, and corporate decisions with integrity.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Regional President by proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and operational challenges before they arise.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities by liaising with senior leadership teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and managing project timelines as required by executive leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments by maintaining clear records of meetings, action items, and deliverables.

What You Bring
  • A minimum of 710 years experience providing executive support at senior levels within multinational corporations such as Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, Financial Services, FMCG or Professional Services.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities demonstrated through successful management of multiple priorities and tight deadlines in demanding settings.
  • A proven track record of handling confidential matters with utmost professionalism, discretion, honesty and integrity.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills enabling you to draft clear correspondence and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills allowing you to build trust‑based relationships with executives, peers and external partners alike.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as familiarity with modern collaboration platforms for efficient workflow management.
  • A proactive approach combined with solution‑oriented thinking that enables you to adapt seamlessly within evolving environments.
  • Flexibility regarding regional travel requirements or after‑hours commitments when necessary for business continuity.
  • Experience supporting cross‑functional teams or leading coordination efforts among senior leadership groups is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs before they arise while remaining calm under pressure during periods of rapid change.
