8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Salary

Hourly rated (Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour)

Job Scope
  1. Support in generating group ticket sales from various sales leads and conducting cold calls to engage communities, corporate, and government organisations.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing phone and email inquiries.
  3. Assist in coordinating group tours scheduling.
  4. Follow up on after-sales service and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  5. Aid in collaborating with third‑party vendor(s) to reconcile accounts and sales.
  6. Coordinate with the Finance Department for revenue tracking.
  7. Provide assistance with MarketPlace booth sales.
  8. Provide support for marketing eg coordinating with appointed PR agency
  9. Support in organising and participating in roadshows and publicity leading up to the event in July 2026.
  10. Undertake other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Qualification : Diploma - Degree
  • At least 1‑2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, events coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Experience in conducting cold calls, lead generation, or handling customer inquiries will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to confidently engage corporate, community, and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate scheduling, manage sales pipelines, and handle basic account reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
