Job summary

A local Events Agency is seeking an experienced Event Manager in Singapore to oversee the management of live, hybrid, and virtual events. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in the MICE industry, strong client relations, planning, and organizational skills. You will manage stakeholder interactions, coordinate event logistics, and provide mentorship to junior team members. Job Description & Requirements

We are working with our client, a local Events Agency and we are looking for an Event Manager

Role:
  • Participate in project management activities and meetings
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing the day-to-day needs for hybrid, live, and virtual events
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers
  • Co‑ordinate all aspects of the event management process
  • Develop comprehensive event proposals, including timelines, budgets, venue and supplier details, and staffing plans
  • Ensure timely dissemination of all project documentation to relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct pre and post‑event evaluations, reporting on outcomes and taking initiative with implementing improvements
  • Manage onsite production crews, suppliers, and temporary staff effectively
  • Co‑ordinate with and manage venues and suppliers
  • Ensure client needs and expectations are not just met, but exceeded
  • Provide effective support and mentorship to junior team members
  • Perform other related duties as required to meet business needs
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the MICE industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing live, hybrid, and virtual events
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and client relations skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A track record of consistent, high‑quality project documentation and delivery
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
