Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join their dedicated team at a residential facility. The role involves providing nursing and client care, including administering medication and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have a Certificate in Nursing, be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience. This position requires commitment to a 6-day rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

About Metta Home for the Disabled

Metta Home for the Disabled is a residential facility that provides long-term care for adults with intellectual and multiple disabilities. Our dedicated team focuses on holistic well-being, helping our clients live with dignity in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Nursing & Client Care

  • Perform all nursing aide tasks and oversee daily care of residents.
  • Administer and manage medication, supplements, and basic medical needs.
  • Support clients’ safety, engagement in activities, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
  • Review and update daily reports on clients’ activities and progress in ADL (Activities of Daily Living) and CLS (Community Living Skills).
  • Coordinate clients’ medical appointments and follow-ups.
  • Mentor junior nursing staff and support staff nurses.

2. Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in donor, volunteer, or fundraising events when needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Certificate / NITEC in Nursing
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
  • Experience in special needs or geriatric care is an advantage
  • Able to commit to a 6-day rotating shift
