Overview

English to Chinese translator, Manager Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maritime translation
• Handle marine services documents of Marine Division.
• Follow up marine services with overseas offices and all customers in an efficient and effective way
• Provide administrative support, assistance for company financial and management
• Assist in providing on-the-job training to newcomers, if required
• Customers management and development
• Other tasks assigned by top management

Requirements

• University degree and above – shipping knowledge preferred but not necessary
• Minimum 1 years of working experience
• PC skills in MS Window, Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team
• Responsible and able to work under pressure
• Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin Speaker with good command of written and spoken English.
• An organized team player with excellent sense of responsibility and accountability
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
