English to Chinese translator, Manager Assistant
Responsibilities
- Maritime translation
- Handle marine services documents of Marine Division.
- Follow up marine services with overseas offices and all customers in an efficient and effective way
- Provide administrative support, assistance for company financial and management
- Assist in providing on-the-job training to newcomers, if required
- Customers management and development
- Other tasks assigned by top management
Requirements
- University degree and above – shipping knowledge preferred but not necessary
- Minimum 1 years of working experience
- PC skills in MS Window, Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin Speaker with good command of written and spoken English.
- An organized team player with excellent sense of responsibility and accountability
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
