Job description

J&A Forensics and Inspections Pte. Ltd. – North Singapore

Carry out on-site inspections of structural and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and building codes.

Perform physical checks such as building facade assessment, concrete/masonry element assessment, concrete reinforcement bar verification, and dimensional measurements using appropriate tools and equipment.

Inspect ongoing construction activities at various stages, including substructure, superstructure, temporary works, erosion control works and finishing works, ensuring workmanship quality and safety standards are met.

Access via scaffolding, mobile elevated working platform, cat ladder and confined areas may be required based on work requirement to perform close-up examinations and verify site conditions.

Record inspection results, prepare detailed site reports with photographic evidence, and highlight any non-conformances or defects for rectification.

Experienced in BCA periodic structural inspection and/or periodic facade inspection would be an added advantage.

Registered facade inspector with IES would be an added advantage.
