Roles & Responsibilities

Field Service & Applications Engineer

Looking for a skilled engineer to provide technical support, field service, and sales promotion for wireless test equipment, as well as to manage local service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and field service for wireless, RF, and network test equipment, including installation, troubleshooting, calibration, maintenance and repair.
• Set up and maintain equipment service centers in Singapore and India, ensuring proper operations, inventory management, and service quality.
• Independently meet with customers to provide product demonstrations, technical training, and sales promotion.
• Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and maintenance records for all work performed.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company’s technical team.
• Travel across Singapore, India, and ASEAN countries to support customer installations, events, and service requests.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and service quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Hands-on experience with wireless/RF test equipment, including:

• RF signal testers and analyzers
• Wireless communication modules (2G/3G/4G/5G, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, UWB)
• Calibrators, power supplies, and related RF accessories
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electronic or wireless test equipment.
• Experience in setting up or managing service centers, including organizing tools, equipment, inventory, and workflows.
• Previous experience in technical sales support, field service, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a dynamic field environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently in Singapore, India, and ASEAN countries.
