Responsibilities Role Summary for Electrical Engineer

Join a dynamic team delivering solar panel installations across scaffold structures in major infrastructure projects. You’ll lead electrical works on-site, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with solar panel scaffold and installation teams to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, test, and maintain electrical systems for solar panel setups on scaffold platforms
  • Coordinate with scaffold teams to ensure safe cable routing and structural integration
  • Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot electrical faults, and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure full compliance with BCA, EMA, and WSH regulations
  • Prepare technical documentation and support project milestones
  • Mentor junior technicians and support cross-cultural site teams
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Comfortable working at height and in scaffold environments
  • Strong communication skills, especially with multicultural teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design software
  • Familiar with Singapore electrical codes and EMA regulations
  • Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies for electrical installation
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Coordinate with scaffold and structural teams to integrate electrical systems
  • Support procurement of electrical equipment and liaise with suppliers
  • Provide technical guidance to installation teams and main contractors
  • Design and review electrical layouts for solar panel system
